You don’t have to go far to do well. Every morning, our deliveries come from the surrounding countryside: ripe vegetables, fragrant herbs, ultra-fresh eggs, rigorously sourced meats and fish. As far as possible, we favor sustainable agriculture, organic produce when it makes sense, and seasonal produce. Our ambition? To be a restaurant in Lyon that is as committed as it is gourmet…
