Here, creation is collective: every week, our short menu is reinvented by four, six, twelve, fourteen hands… Ideas fly, trials are shared, pairings are tested as a team. It’s this emulation in the kitchen, this freedom of tone and this shared passion for well-crafted products that make our table so rich. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And because we opened as a market kitchen, this spirit remains intact. Quite simply, our dishes have become more elegant, more precise and more balanced. Without ever losing their generosity. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
