Une adresse install\u00e9e dans un h\u00f4tel iconique en activit\u00e9 depuis 1866, t\u00e9moin du Lyon d\u2019hier et d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui entre la rue Auguste Comte, la rue de la Charit\u00e9, la rue Ferrandi\u00e8re, la rue Grol\u00e9e ou la fameuse rue Merci\u00e8re.

\u00c0 ses d\u00e9buts, ce n\u2019\u00e9tait qu\u2019une petite cuisine de petit-d\u00e9jeuner, nich\u00e9e dans l\u2019enceinte de l\u2019h\u00f4tel Globe et Cecil. Lo\u00efc Renart, actuel propri\u00e9taire, se souvient encore des effluves de g\u00e2teau au chocolat qui l\u2019accueillaient \u00e0 son retour de l\u2019\u00e9cole. Des souvenirs simples, sinc\u00e8res, qui sentent bon l\u2019enfance et la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9.<\/summary>\n

In 2018, he decided to take up a challenge: to shatter preconceived ideas about hotel restaurants, too often deemed bland or impersonal. He turned it into a neighborhood restaurant, inhabited by a real team, real know-how, and a real desire to receive well. Since then, Comptoir Cecil has conquered the hearts and stomachs of the Lyonnais, becoming a discreet but sought-after address, a place to return to for the taste of good food, quite simply. Since then, we’ve kept our taste for beautiful materials, simple encounters and well-crafted dishes, with increasingly elaborate plates that reflect the expertise of our brigade.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\t\n\n\t\n\n
